Event summary:

Saturday the 12th of August 2006 (12h00) Girls High (Pta) was The BBB's first get together! Seven 'Bloggers' from different parts of Gauteng attended this historic event. Terry was the only guy not happy to meet - think reason being that he and his mates set up their party place an hour before. Everything okay with that, but unfortunately at the wrong location. BlouNico - our banner-man was their in full force - displaying some of the world’s most famous art. NDB our Jozi-friend was there too, handing out nametags for everyone. And then came KoningBlou! His entrée was accompanied by half of Louis Trichardt. He had a friend, which we named "Boerewors" not for anatomical reasons, sorry pal, but for his friendly gesture of supplying Boerrie-Rolls to all the 'Bloggers'! Only problem was that all the 'Bloggers' brought friends and family and the 40 people he had to feed! Needless to say, this was NO PROBLEM for "Boerewors"! Bullebak arrived on the scene... we only then found out that it was not the public announcement system at Loftus echoing "BULLE", but rather this block of a man himself! A strange phenomenon appeared that day, and it is something that will stay with us forever. A White Apache appeared from behind the trees, and no, it was not the last Mohican, it was Marcel! A man in stature not on a pony, but wearing one! There was another oke, had a problem with his Black Labels, looked more like a drinking problem, than not knowing where to stack them. Shame Anon also does not know where his hairline went.

After this get-to-know session, it was time for old "Theunsie" to do the Blue Bull Haka. This man was covered in blue paint from head to toe, with a Baberton Daisy on his face! We did not know where this guy came from - and we think that he does not know either! (Download a movie of the "Theunsie Haka" - 8MB - you need QuickTime to view it) Then the party started! KoningBlou had a Music System there bigger than the system used at "oppikoppi" no wonder they had to come to the game in eleven cars, all seven of them.

It was time for the game... We left in a hurry, but also returned in one. Nothing more was said.
